1. Dosage

Morning – GutCare Herbomix+wheatgrass powder
• Dosage: 1 teaspoon (approx. 3–5 g)
• Time: Morning, empty stomach with lukewarm water

After Lunch -Shatavari Powder
• Dosage: ½ teaspoon (approx. 2–3 g)
• Time: After lunch with milk OR lukewarm water
• Benefit: Soothes stomach lining, balances Pitta, supports digestion & gut mucosa

After Lunch and Dinner- Pachan Vati

• Dosage: 1 tablet twice daily
• Time: After meals with lukewarm water
• Benefit: Improves Agni (digestive fire), relieves bloating, indigestion, heaviness

2. What to Take and Avoid

Take (Include):

• Light, home-cooked meals (khichdi, dal, soups, green vegetables).
• Buttermilk with roasted cumin after lunch.
• Fresh fruits like papaya, pomegranate, and apple.
• Plenty of warm water (8–10 glasses daily).

Avoid:

• Junk food, fried/oily food, cold drinks.
• Excess tea/coffee, alcohol, smoking.
• Overeating & irregular meal times.
