1.1 Processing of Orders
1.1.1 Order processing shall commence within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of full payment if medical prescription is attached / uploaded or consultation is complete from our ayurvedic doctors of ORMPL Panel of doctors
1.1.2 The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any order, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion without assigning any reason.
1.1.3 The Company shall notify the User of any order rejection, and any payment made for such order shall be refunded in full.
1.2 Delivery
1.2.1 Delivery timelines are indicative only:
• Within Indore city: estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.
• Other locations in India: estimated delivery within 7-15 business days.
1.2.2 Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen factors including force majeure events, third-party courier delays, operational constraints, or government restrictions.
1.2.3 The Company shall not be liable for delays in delivery and no claims for refund or compensation shall be entertained on this ground.
1.2.4 The Company’s obligation is deemed fulfilled upon handing over the Product to the logistics provider with proof of shipment.

2. PRICING AND PAYMENT
2.1 Prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
2.2 Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
2.3 Full payment must be made at the time of placing the order using the available payment methods.
2.4 Orders will not be processed until the payment is successfully completed.
2.5 The Company is not responsible for any payment processing errors by third-party payment gateway providers.

3. NO RETURN, NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGE POLICY
3.1 Strict No Return, No Refund Policy
3.1.1 In compliance with applicable health, safety, and hygiene standards, and considering the consumable nature of Ayurvedic medicines:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES shall be permitted once an order is processed.
3.1.2 This policy is absolute and binding upon all Users.
3.2 Limited Exception: Incorrect/Damaged Products
3.2.1 Exceptions will be considered only under the following circumstances:
• Incorrect Product delivered (not as per order placed);
• Product is damaged in transit and such damage is evident at the time of delivery.
3.2.2 The Company’s decision regarding such claims shall be final.
3.3 Claim Procedure
3.3.1 Users must notify the Company in writing within 24 (twenty-four) hours of delivery, at [Insert Email Address], providing:
• Order number;
• Detailed description of the issue;
• Clear photographic evidence of the Product and packaging.
3.3.2 Claims received after the 24-hour window shall not be entertained.
3.4 Remedies
3.4.1 If a claim is validated, the Company may, at its sole discretion:
• Replace the affected Product; or
• Issue store credit equivalent to the value of the Product.
3.4.2 No monetary refunds shall be provided under any circumstances.
